Can you tell us a bit about Dwise and your role there?
Dwise is a specialist in programmatic advertising, and we create highly optimized digital campaigns across channels like DOOH (Digital Out of Home), Connected TV, Display, and In-Game ads," Alexis explains. "As a programmatic specialist, my role is to plan, execute, and optimize these campaigns, ensuring our clients hit their targets. I’m also responsible for creating detailed reports to show campaign performance
What were the biggest challenges before you started using Adcredo?
Before Adcredo, reporting was my biggest nightmare," Alexis admits.
"We used to call it 'HELL WEEK'
because, at the end of every month, we’d have to report on 20 clients with 30 campaigns. There was no unified system, so we had to create reports manually using tools like Excel and PowerPoint. It took a full week to compile everything.
The time spent on reporting meant less focus on optimizing campaigns and less control over timelines, leading to inefficiencies.
